Chef Christopher Gadulka, Executive Chef
Christopher Gadulka has always had a passion for food and cooking, considering his parent’s and grandparent’s cooking to serve as a heavy inspiration—in addition to listening to famous chefs and TV personalities, David Rosengarten and Stephen Yan.
Chef Gadulka, grew up in Dearborn Heights, Michigan and attended cooking school at Schoolcraft Community College in Livonia, Michigan—currently residing in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
His favorite part of being a chef is interacting with the guests, working with great people and making great food—finding new cooking ideas through inspirations from architecture and sounds.
“I am always observing and taking notes of my surroundings as I never know what might strike me next,” says Chef Gadulka, who received the D.C. Culinary Achievement Award in 1994.
Prior to joining the Toast Restaurant Group, Chef Gadulka worked at Tribute, Ernesto’s Italian Country Inn, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Winebar, and Sean O’Callaghan’s Irish Pub.
