Chef Cheyenne Boinais

Cheyenne has been in love with cooking since she was a small child. While in high school she participated in Oakland Technical School’s culinary program then attended the top culinary school in the US, The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. She baked in 4-star restaurants & bakeries in San Francisco and Mackinac Island before returning to the Metro Detroit area where she joyfully explores her creativity in the Alice in Wonderland themed restaurant, Mad Hatter Bistro & Pub in Birmingham.
