Chef Partner Devon Follbaum

With an extensive education and work history, it is apparent that Devon has a huge passion for the industry.  She graduated from Michigan State University with a Hotel – Restaurant Management Degree and furthered her studies in New York, at the Culinary Institute of America.

Devon began her journey with Fleming’s as a service manager in Greensboro, North Carolina and soon after became the Sous Chef in Raleigh.  Thereafter, Devon moved to Michigan so that she could be closer to her family. She was the Sous Chef at Streetside Seafood for four and a half years.

When Devon isn’t working, she loves to spend time with her loving nine-year-old son, Noah. Noah and his mother often visit local markets and farm stores; Eastern Market is one of their favorite locations to visit. Devon teaches Noah about food and where it comes from. She says, “My son is my little Sous Chef”.

With a qualified understanding of the restaurant management industry and an extensive history of experience in the culinary arena, Chef Follbaum will without a doubt exceed the expectations of Fleming’s Guests nationwide.
